New LA Galaxy signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic comes to LA from the grey skies of Manchester. The former United striker had his breakout season during the 2016/2017 campaign with the Red Devils, bagging an impressive haul of 28 goals in all competitions.
Similar to how the Galaxy might like to use Ibra in Los Angeles, Zlatan thrived under Jose Mourinho as a game-changer on managed minutes. The 6’5” target forward was especially dangerous as an aerial presence, putting away header after header by towering above and out muscling defenders to crosses.
The mercurial Swede with over 100 caps to his name also has a nose for goal, earning his fair share of goals from being in the right place at the right time.
