Seattle Sounders vs. LA Galaxy: Game time, TV schedule and live stream for MLS

Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY Sports

Sitting fourth in the Western Conference and fresh off a 2-0 victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps, the Galaxy travel north to take on the Seattle Sounders on Saturday.

Don't look now but half the season has gone. It hasn't been perfect, but Bruce Arena's deep squad has persisted. For all their depth and big names, though, this is still Robbie Keane's team. It is arguable that Keane's numerous absences in the first half of the season cost the Galaxy greatly. As evidenced in his return on Monday, it became clear the Galaxy are a completely different side with their best attacking spearhead on the field.

Similarly, the Seattle Sounders will welcome the return of their best attacker. United States international Clint Dempsey is expected to be back for the Sounders as they try to get their first win in four league games.

As oppose to the Galaxy, however, the Sounders have struggled this season. Sigi Schmid's side sit last in the Western Conference standings, and what's more, they have the worst home record in the conference.

On the injury front, only Robbie Rogers is out for the Galaxy, but you can add Nigel de Jong to the list of absences after the Dutchman picked up a red card in Monday's game. Meanwhile, Brad Evans is the only player doubtful for the Sounders, while Roman Torres is still recovering from a torn ACL.
