Sevilla and Espanyol rumored to be pursuing Giovani dos Santos signing

According to Spanish newspaper Dario AS, LA Galaxy forward Giovani dos Santos is a potential summer transfer target for Spanish clubs Sevilla and Espanyol.

Gio, 27, arrived to Los Angeles on a designated player contract last summer and is coming off his best form as a Galaxy player, scoring five times and notching an assist in his last five league games.

Dos Santos, of course, is no stranger to playing in Spain. He spent his youth career at Barcelona before having stints at Racing, Mallorca, and Villarreal.

His brother Jonathan dos Santos still plays at Villarreal, where Giovani played two years before making the switch to MLS.
