LA Galaxy II are about to begin their life in USL-Pro tomorrow taking on Orange County Blues (nee LA Blues) in their first ever match in a real competition. Ahead of this competition the LA Galaxy have announced that they're loaning six players on full season loans to the USL side and are loaning three players on a one match deal.

Rafael Garcia, Bradford Jamieson IV, Jack McBean, Raul Mendiola, Charlie Rugg and Oscar Sorto will spend the season on the junior squad. Garcia and Rugg are the only draft picks in that group, with the other four joining the club through the academy system.

In addition, the Galaxy are loaning Kyle Venter, Kofi Opare and Kenney Walker to Galaxy II for the home opener. Looking at the official roster as posted on the USL-Pro website, Galaxy II don't appear to be carrying even an eighteen man roster and that's including the six LA Galaxy players on loan.

I imagine the roster will be filled out each week with academy players. LA Galaxy II begin their first USL-Pro season at the StubHub Center tomorrow night at 7:30.
