The LA Galaxy announced as part of their new “Together at Home” campaign, to help weather the shutdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, they will participate in a FIFA charity fundraiser with LAFC, as the teams will square off in an El Trafico doubleheader on Sunday at 12 pm PT.
The Galaxy’s longtime eMLS player, Giuseppe “The Godfather” Guastella, will face off against LAFC’s Martin “RemiMartinn” Oregel in the clash, which will be a home-and-away series. Both players have a good track record, but Guastella of course is a FIFA World Cup participant for the United States and Oregel is a newcomer to the eMLS circuit.
According to the club, proceeds raised from the e-El Trafico on Sunday will go to the LA Regional Food Bank. You can donate right now to the LA Regional Food Bank.
You can stream Sunday’s El Trafico event on the Galaxy’s Twitch channel.

Next to a real-life El Trafico, a FIFA version is the next best thing. Good luck to Giuseppe on Sunday, and consider donating if you can spare a bit for neighbors in need.
