Introducing the 2020 LA Galaxy player postmortem series

The 2020 season was not what the LA Galaxy expected. 2020 was not what we all expected.

Yes, it’s been a tough year, for the team and most everything in the world. On the soccer front, we watched the games, had some good times and some bad times.

And now, time for a thorough review of the season, the player postmortem series. One by one, we’ll look at all the players who featured in 2020, and even give a mention to those who didn’t.

I find taking a look back at each player’s season is a nice way to examine what happened, sometimes reassess or get a fuller picture of a player that can’t be done in a single moment. It can be a big undertaking, but it’s also quite enjoyable to look at the season in such detail.

So tune in over the next month or so, and feel free to leave your assessment of the players’ seasons as they drop in the comments, too. We can take a good look back to help count down the days until hopefully, a brighter 2021 season arrives.
