One of the good things about the LA Galaxy’s five MLS Cup titles is that there’s five MLS Cup wins to watch and savor. You can watch another one of those, the most recent one in 2014, on Tuesday and/or Thursday and/or Friday on Spectrum Sportsnet.
The Tuesday edition is scheduled to run at 9:30 am PT, so you can watch it with some coffee, while you can catch Thursday’s broadcast starting at 11 pm PT, if you’re a night owl. It will also be part of a two-day marathon airing, on Friday at 9 pm PT if you want to watch at night, but not so late.
The 2014 MLS Cup was a cracker, with Robbie Keane giving the home Galaxy the lead, before Chris Tierney equalized for the scrappy New England Revolution. The game went to extra time, and you know how it finished, don’t you?
If not, you have this to remember it. Also, here’s more programming to go with it, the “First to Five” series going over the 2014 playoff run for the G’s.
I watched this MLS Cup on the roof of the stadium (no joke!)...where did you see it? Let’s chat about the game in the comments below!
