Cristian Pavon earns Audi MLS Team of the Week honors

Kichan is adopting to MLS quite nicely.

The on-loan Boca Juniors winger has thrived as a sidekick of sorts to the goal scoring machine that is Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Over the weekend Pavon was once again the provider, closing down Evan Bush and forcing the goalkeeper’s clearance wide before chasing the loose ball and curving in a quick cross that led to Uriel Antuna’s game-winner.

The Argentine international has recorded assists in five straight matches and was close to scoring on several chances of his own. For his instrumental role in helping the LA Galaxy securing back-to-back victories for the first time since May, Cristian Pavon has been named to the Week 29 Team of the Week presented by Audi.
