Should the Galaxy feel frustrated by the calls in their loss against the Red Bulls? Yes, even one of them would have changed the result. But amid the talk about their struggles, the fact that they continue to struggle to make StubHub Center a fortress is certainly concerning.
The 2018 season will soon be a quarter complete and it doesn’t appear Sigi Schmid’s squad are any closer to cobbling together a starting lineup, never mind building a cohesive attack. LA have had a rough stretch of games so far, but three straight home losses isn’t going to get the job done.
We’ll see if the forward partnership of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Ola Kamara can figure it out on the road, albeit versus less punishing opposition.
