LA Galaxy at Orlando City match preview: What to watch, projected starting 11 and TV schedule

Can LA stop the bleeding?

MLS: Orlando City SC at Los Angeles Galaxy Jayne Kamin-Oncea-USA TODAY Sports

After four straight losses, there is frustration but not necessarily panic from the Galaxy players and staff. Circumstances ranging from a packed schedule to unavailable Designated Players have taken their toll.

That being said, LA desperately need a result Friday vs. a woefully inconsistent Orlando City side. (4:00 PT, Twitter, Univision y UniMas)

What to watch

Without the services of Zlatan Ibrahimovic for a second straight match, how will the LA Galaxy generate anything in attack? A back-to-basics approach might work best: Restoring the central midfield trio of Jona dos Santos, Joe Corona and Sebastian Lletget and shuffling Favio Alvarez to the wing could potentially pay dividends.

Who are Orlando City? The Lions just gave FC Cincinnati a real drubbing, pummeling the expansion side 5-1 over the weekend. And yet James O’ Connor’s squad have lost three times at home already this season. LA have every opportunity to earn a result.
