So apparently the Good Year blimp wasn't the only aircraft in the skies during MLS Cup, not counting the sweet WWII trainer planes flying in formation during the Star Spangled Banner. (Credit to whoever set that up for going full-blown Bruckheimer) From talking to Galaxy fans, a small plane complete with a banner attached exclaiming "US SOCCER PROMOTION-RELEGATION NOW!" circled the StubHub Center for the duration of the match. Strong stuff indeed. Your move, MLS.
