Following Costa Rica’s 4-0 demolishing of the United States Men’s National Team, there were rumors flying around that head coach Jurgen Klinsmann could be let go by the United States Soccer Federation.
We even put up an article about that last night.
That came after the Galaxy and Steven Gerrard confirmed the exit of the former Liverpool captain.
Now, there may be another change forthcoming to the Galaxy roster. This move comes from the coaching staff with two highly-respected reporters are suggesting that long-time assistant, Dave Sarachan, could be out the door soon.
Another one from the coaching mill: I'm told Dave Sarachan is leaving the #LAGalaxy . Interesting development given the Arena-USMNT rumors

Rumor of longtime assistant Dave Sarachan leaving #LAGalaxy, first reported by @SoccerByIves is true. Move not tied to #USMNT situation tho

While Kevin Baxter’s tweet says that Sarachan’s move is not based on the national team’s situation at the moment, it does seem like a strange time to leave.
Without his right-hand man, does this force Bruce Arena to leave the Galaxy and guide the USMNT through the rest of the Hexagonal?
One thing is for certain, however, these next couple of weeks are going to be very interesting.
