The LA Galaxy are continuing their practice of keeping LA Galaxy II roster open for one day loans, loaning four players out for the USL-PRO club's fourth straight home match to begin the season hosting Sacramento Republic on Sunday. Robbie Rogers will do a rehab stint, while Kyle Venter, Brian Rowe, and Chandler Hoffman will all continue to get minutes in at the lower division side.

With the Galaxy's match next weekend taking place on Vancouver's turf, it's unlikely Rogers would see that as a possible return date. The Galaxy then have yet another weekend off after the Vancouver home and home series, so that gives Rogers three weeks to get ready for senior squad action.

Kofi Opare and Tommy Meyer have both spent time with Galaxy II, but with the recent injuries to the Galaxy back line there's a chance they could be called on for the senior squad this weekend. A.J. DeLaGarza is expected to be available, but Todd Dunivant and James Riley's injuries put the Galaxy down two fullbacks. Leonardo got the start last weekend, but the starter tomorrow will likely depend on who had the best week in practice.

LA Galaxy II are undefeated to begin their season (with one draw against Sunday's opponent Sacramento). Recent homegrown signing Raul Mendiola has been a particular standout with an assist in each of Galaxy II's matches. Chandler Hoffman has also been putting the ball in the back of the net, showcasing an ability that hasn't been seen on the senior side yet.
