Thierry Henry is still at the top but fading from the level he was at earlier this season. In the last standings update, besides Henry, only Chris Wondolowski was in the 50s or above. Now the MLS goal scoring leader has been joined by Chris Pontius and Javier Morales. Pontius is scoring on a league-leading 32.1% of his shots (minimum 5 goals). Morales draws 2.94 fouls per 90 minutes (4th in MLS) to go along with his 0.65 points per 90. Davy Arnaud and Fredy Montero supplement their points per 90 by drawing the first and second most fouls in the league (49, 44) which ranks them second and fifth in fouls drawn per 90 minutes. Sene is 7th in points per 90 (0.78) and scores on 20% of his shots. Perez has a decent points per 90 and is in the top 15 in fouls drawn per 90 (2.18, 14th). Pappa is in the same boat as Perez in those categories but doesn't cause as many fouls per 90. Johnson scores on 21.1% of his shots but causes a little more fouls per 90 than he draws.
For LA Galaxy fans, Landon Donovan's three-game point streak (4 G, 2 A) has been something to behold. He's up to 13th now in MIR (40.6) but had an 82.5 MIR and scored on 33.3% of his shots on in those last three matches. Mike Magee (33.9, 30th) and David Beckham (28.7, 49th) are the other Galaxy players in the top 50. Magee also has a three-game point streak going (2 G, 2 A) and has an MIR of 77.7 in those matches.
