LA Galaxy hosting Lakers Night Sept. 15

The Galaxy’s upcoming home matchup vs. Sporting Kansas City was already a gripping occasion with Guillermo Barros Schelotto’s squad fighting for a playoff spot. As it stands 2nd and 7th place in the Western Conference standings are separated by just four points.

Now, it’s an event. Friday it was announced the LA Galaxy are hosting Lakers Night on September 15th as the five-time MLS Cup champs celebrate the 16-time NBA World Champions and their many achievements. Plenty of Lakers personalities will be in attendance including the Laker Girls and the legendary Robert Horry, while the first 10,000 fans to enter the venue will receive a Galaxy x Lakers smartphone wallet.
