Zlatan Ibrahimovic kicks off Matrix challenge

Ibra seems to be in a good mood.

And with good reason. Wednesday’s mid-week victory over Real Salt Lake at Rio Tinto Stadium secured a playoff spot for the LA Galaxy and elevated the club to 3rd place in the Western Conference. Additionally it was the work of Cristian Pavón that essentially created a goal for Ibrahimovic out of nothing, and now Zlatan remains two goals behind Carlos Vela for the Golden Boot race. With a home date vs. a demoralized Whitecaps team coming up this weekend, Ibra’s probably just trying to stay loose ahead of the big game.

Dubbed the “Matrix Challenge”, the clip shows the big Swede trapping the ball on his chest before executing a similar slow-motion play.
