The Week 6 slate of MLS action provided plenty of goals and a few surprises. The Earthquakes finally won a game! Same goes for Orlando City who pulled out all the stops in a thrilling 4-3 fight over the Colorado Rapids.

Up in Canada, the LA Galaxy made another breakthrough. A strong second-half performance propelled Guillermo Barros Schelotto’s squad to their first road win of the campaign and third straight overall. Leading the charge was Zlatan Ibrahimovic as the Sultan of Swede powered home his fourth goal of the season after providing the excellent Daniel Steres with pinpoint service at the far post for the easiest of finishes.
For their efforts Ibrahimovic and Steres have been named to the Team of the Week by the MLSsoccer.com editorial staff.
