On a gloomy Tuesday night at the StubHub Center, the LA Galaxy were once again guilty of conceding multiple leads in a 2-2 home draw to the Rapids that might as well have been a loss.

With Galaxy fans anxious to hear the news concerning the injured Romain Alessandrini and Giovani dos Santos unavailable with a leg sprain, the mood around the StubHub Center was already dour. Rescheduled on a Tuesday night in conjunction with the loss of supporter’s privileges, the atmosphere was severly lacking.
Things didn’t get any better for LA with Jonathan dos Santos and Michael Ciani limping off with first-half knocks. The Galaxy enjoyed few looks from direct play with Ola Kamara missing several close chances, but Zlatan kicking the advertising board in frustration told the story of the first half.
It was Ashley Cole who broke through in the 59th minute with a clever run, but Edgar Castillo equalized in the 7th off a solo-run.
Four minutes later Sebastian Lletget did well to beat Tim Howard with a well-placed strike inside the area, but incredibly the Galaxy conceded once again late when Niki Jackson’s deflected strike went past a perplexed Bingham to level the match.
