The LA Galaxy fell a single spot in this week’s MLS Power Rankings, as the blue white and gold relinquished their position in the table to Atlanta United FC.
Not that I’m complaining. As Matt Doyle mentioned on ExtraTime Radio (before getting into an argument with David Gass), the Galaxy were missing a majority of their starters last week and still put up a respectable performance vs. a talented Houston Dynamo side, albeit one that struggles on the road.
That being said, the Galaxy have got to start winning more games at home.

So what if it took Romain Alessandrini heroics? That’s par for his course. Undefeated in seven.
Around the rest of the league, Toronto FC appear to have overtaken the top spot for now, with the improbable form of the Chicago Fire propelling the team all the way to the runner-up position, while FC Dallas has slumped to 3rd place.
