Do you want the good news or the bad news first?
The results from the MRI came back, and while Sebastian Lletget did suffer a mild left foot sprain vs. Honduras Friday night, the LA Galaxy midfielder managed to avoid serious damage. Per the Galaxy Insider, Seba is visiting a specialist today.
That’s the good news. The bad news is the Galaxy are now missing yet another vital member of the lineup. If Jermaine Jones plays for the U.S. National Team tomorrow in Panama City, I’m not sure you want him starting at Vancouver this weekend either.
Of course, its important to remember during times like these that the Galaxy are going through a rough patch at the moment.
There will be questions in the future about this Galaxy team and the appointment of Curt Onalfo. But even if the Galaxy were to lose to Vancouver this Saturday, don’t get too emotionally invested in the result.
For the next few months, expectations should be tempered somewhat in La La Land.
