Manchester United is coming to America in July, and thanks to the diligent work of LA Times reporter Kevin Baxter, we know they plan on stopping in LA.
Manchester United has a date, site and opponent for 1 game on its summer tour. It will play the #LAGalaxy on July 15 at the StubHub Center.

If you’re a Galaxy fan, your first thoughts must be ones of dread. After all, who could forget the beatdown LA suffered in 2014, when United come to town and humiliated the Galaxy 7-0 before a packed Rose Bowl that celebrated every goal with glee. Glory, glory Man United!
And like most friendlies, there’s always the fear of players getting injured or the squad suffering fatigue during what is traditionally a busy time of the season.
On the plus side we get to see Zlatan, assuming he doesn’t end up signing with the G’s. Galaxy season ticket holders will not receive bonus tickets to the match, but will be given a 50% discount on pricing.
What do you think of the news?
