Well, it is finally here. The final game of the season is on the horizon and the LA Galaxy will take on FC Dallas.
It has been a trying season, from the horrid start under Curt Onalfo, to the continued struggles with Sigi Schmid at the helm.
But we still will take a look at how the Galaxy will line up Sunday afternoon.
Goalkeeper: Diop
Having been in between the posts for the Galaxy’s 3-0 win, expect Clement Diop to finish the season off in goal for LA.
Defense: Cole, Romney, Cimani, Diallo
This back four have grown together and their performance against Minnesota United last week was excellent. They will hope to get one more clean sheet to finish off the season.
Midfield: Jones, J. Dos Santos
One final game for this midfield duo.
Attacking Midfield: Boateng, G. Dos Santos, Alessandrini
The best thing about this season has been this three pronged attack. Emmanuel Boateng has taken a major step up this season and should only expect bigger things from him next year. Romain Alessandrini, meanwhile,
Forward: Jamieson
With Gyasi Zardes officially ruled out of Sunday’s contest, Bradford Jamieson should get the nod up top if he is healthy. However, according to Kevin Baxter, he is a game time decision.
