Vote for the All-Time LA Galaxy All-Stars

We've put together an All-Star ballot of all-time LA Galaxy greats. Vote to decide who makes the field!

Kyle Terada-USA TODAY Sports

MLS All-Star Week is here. Lovem or hatem, All-Star games are a staple in American sports and the MLS All-Star game isn't going anywhere anytime soon.   Personally, I'm not a big fan of the current format as the novelty of playing foreign clubs has long worn off. Despite this, I always find myself filling out a  ballot each year.

There is something intrinsically fun about filling out an All-Star ballot. Everyone has a handful of players they think are the best in a certain category, however, there usually aren't enough roster slots on an All Star team to accommodate them all. Deserving players must be left out and when you are filling out an All-Star ballot, that choice falls into your hands and often forces you to thoroughly evaluate players in a way you have never done before.

This got us thinking. With all the incredible players that have played for the Galaxy over the years, what might an All-Time LA Galaxy All Star team look like?  Who would make the ballot? Who would make the field? Who would get snubbed?

The idea was just too fun to let go, and, thanks to the magic of the internet, there's no reason why we can't find out.

At the end of this article will be a ballot comprised of 38 nominees. Cast your vote to determine the 11 starters and 7 bench players that will comprise the team.  If you feel we have left anyone out, feel free to write them in, however, ballots with names like Seymour Butts and Carlo Cudicini will be summarily thrown out.

Results will be announced on Thursday.

And feel free to leave your best 11 below in the comments section.
