The MLS Friday injury report has yet to update, but the LA Galaxy have announced that ahead of Saturday's match with Chivas USA they have activated Leonardo from the Disabled List, and put Andrew Boyens on the DL with a sports hernia. Leonardo has been recovering since last season from knee surgery, and will be available for selection on Saturday. Leonardo played 45 minutes in the reserve game against San Jose last week.

In the 17 games Leonardo has started for the Galaxy in his two years on loan, the club has kept seven clean sheets going 7-5-5 and allowing just over a goal per match. He started the first seven matches for the club in 2011, going 3-1-3 with three clean sheets, and scored his first goal. In February, Leonardo signed a permeant deal with the Galaxy as he continued recovery.

In a separate roster move, the Galaxy played Andrew Boyens on the Disabled List with a sports hernia. This means he'll be out at least six weeks as he recovers from surgery. Brian Perk just came back to the club, recovering from the same procedure.

As the MLS Injury Report hasn't updated, Edson Buddle and David Junior Lopes are still unknowns. They were on the Injured List as of Tuesday.
