After the roster week the LA Galaxy have had, bringing back Edson Buddle and Juninho, a bunch of opposing fans are scratching their heads as to how it's being done. The long and short of it is the Galaxy clear a good chunk of cap room this offseason, and the magical land known as Allocation Money. The Galaxy earned Allocation money for their progress in CONCACAF Champions League, the earned it in trading Ricketts. But you don't have to take my word for it:
