After the roster week the LA Galaxy have had, bringing back Edson Buddle and Juninho, a bunch of opposing fans are scratching their heads as to how it's being done. The long and short of it is the Galaxy clear a good chunk of cap room this offseason, and the magical land known as Allocation Money.
