Yesterday it was announced Jonathan dos Santos and Uriel Antuna had been named to Tata Martino’s 31-man roster for September friendlies vs. the USA and Argentina, and this morning US Soccer announced Sebastian Lletget has been called up to Gregg Berhalter’s squad for tough matches vs. Argentina and Uruguay. Additionally and Giancarlo Gonzalez earned call ups so five LA Galaxy players will be missing on international duty.

The FIFA international dates for the friendlies are Sept. 6th and 10th. LA play the Colorado Rapids on the 11th and the Galaxy need maximum points.
Guillermo Barros Schelotto and the technical staff will likely attempt to work in tandem with their national teams to allow the players come back after the opening Sept. 6th fixture. While it is likely Jona and Uriel and perhaps Sebastian Lletget will avoid missing action, the fates of Feltscher and Gonzalez are still up in the air.
