With a four hour time difference between Los Angeles and Buenos Aires, you would expect any transfer news to arrive around dusk local time.
Well with the clock about to strike midnight in Buenos Aires, the Argentine branch of TNT Sports is now reporting Boca Juniors attacker Cristian Pavón will travel to LA in a matter of hours to finalize a loan agreement with the LA Galaxy. It appears the 23-year old will arrive until the end of the season for a fee of $2 million with a purchase option after Gustavo Alfaro ruled Pavón surplus to requirements.

Cristian Pavón leaves Boca. France will not be his destiny, but the attacker will meet Guillermo Barros Schelotto in Los Angeles Galaxy. The agreement was reached this Thursday night and the Cordoba is expected to be traveling in the next hours to the United States.
We’ve experience false flags before, but with competitor Bordeaux allegedly out of the picture this could be more than a rumor.
Conversely, Roger Gonzalez warns the deal isn’t complete but notes the player and agent are working furiously to get over the line. We’ll keep you updated.
