Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Jonathan dos Santos named to 2019 MLS All-Star roster

Duo to face Atletico Madrid

Two of the LA Galaxy’s brightest stars will soon be heading to Orlando.

This morning the league announced striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and midfielder Jonathan dos Santos have been named to the 2019 MLS All-Star team as voted by the fans. The All-Stars will face European giants Atletico Madrid August 1st at Orlando City Stadium.

The 2019 MLS All-Star game day roster, consisting of 24 players, will be announced at a later date and will include the 2019 MLS All-Star Fan XI presented by Target, two Commissioner’s Picks, and 11 players selected by the All-Star Head Coach. The coach will select the starting 11 from the 24-man MLS All-Star roster.
