The MLS Review Show is fun and you should watch it

Nestled inside the MLS Youtube channel is an underrated gem: The MLS Review Show, a short weekly segment chronicling the week’s action.

For some reason the league doesn’t promote the show, at least not on Major League Soccer Dot Com. Nevertheless, its an enjoyable way to catch up on what’s going on around the league. You can watch the week’s highlights uninterrupted, without having to click on multiple pages or sit through commercial breaks.

The highlights themselves are packaged nicely, complete with commentators narrating story lines and nice touches like post-game comments sprinkled into the mix. Before showing the LA Galaxy Portland Timbers highlights for example, they made sure to point out LA had just three regular season victories at the StubHub Center in 2017.

With Spectrum SportsNet cancelling their Galaxy auxiliary coverage, you should add the segment to your weekly dose of LA footie content. (Also: If you haven’t already done so, go check out the Corner of the Galaxy podcast)
