Giovani dos Santos to make an appearance on “Conan”

The LA Galaxy’s Giovani dos Santos will be getting some face time on national television tonight.

Dos Santos will appear on TBS’ late night show, “Conan” where the Mexican will be on the debut of Conan O’Brien’s “Conan Without Borders: Made in Mexico.” The episode will air at 10:00 P.M./E.T.

The pair, dos Santos and O’Brien, played a pick up game in Mexico, while wearing the colors of the Mexican National Team. The 27-year-old and TV host went to Parque Pilares, in Mexico City, surprising the locals before signing a petition to stop the privatization of community parks in Benito Juarez.

Giovani dos Santos and the rest of the LA Galaxy begin MLS play on Saturday afternoon when FC Dallas comes to town. Kickoff for the season opener is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. PST.
