Forbes’ annual list of the most valuable teams in Major League Soccer came out this morning.
The financial newspaper was full of praise for expansion clubs NYCFC and Orlando City, while also taking the time to defend the rumored sky-high expansion fee of 200 million dollars for the next (and possibly final round) of expansion.
The LA Galaxy was valued at 265 million dollars, just short of the Seattle Sounders for tops in the league. However, the Galaxy pulled in the most revenue with a healthy 58 million dollars.
