Last night the paparazzi were at it again, this time targeting now former Galaxy striker Robbie Keane outside of a LA restaurant.
Without commenting on how much Robbie may or may not have had to drink, the Irishman let his feelings be clear in a brief exchange with TMZ Sports, albeit jokingly.
Watch the clip here
Reporter: How do you think the Galaxy will fare...
Keane: They’re not going to fare! Of course! What do you think?
Reporter: So you don’t see much in the fu...
Keane (Smiling): I’ve got 100 goals in like five years, what do you think? (Walks away laughing, makes hand gesture) Use your brain man!
Can I be honest? It’s a little painful listening to Robbie boast about his goalscoring record. Even though the Galaxy decided not to sign the Designated Player to a new deal, Keane is arguably the most lethal striker in MLS history, period. His 76 goals, 48 assists, and three MLS Cups speak for themselves. Quite simply, Keane doesn’t have anything to prove to anybody.
