The LA Galaxy are on the road one last time before the end of the regular season as they take on the Houston Dynamo.
The bare facts don’t look too good for the Galaxy right now. The team is winless in their last three, and the highest they can finish in the Western Conference table is third place. In that regard, Bruce Arena’s men are playing solely for momentum right now and and they could do with a win here.
For this match, Bruce Arena will be without defender Jelle Van Damme through suspension and Steven Gerrard, who is recovering from a hamstring injury in England. The good news, though, is Gyasi Zardes’ recovery is going as planned and he could be back in a few weeks.
As games go, this isn’t a must-win for the Galaxy, but with the playoffs fast-approaching, they certainly need something positive ASAP.
