Juninho and DeLaGarza rejoin the LA Galaxy lineup after starting on the bench against San Jose, the two of them representing the only change to the lineup that will face the Portland Timbers on this fourth of July.

The flat four has returned, with Juninho and Sarvas partnering as central midfielders and likely sharing the roles of holding and attacking. A.J. DeLaGarza relieves Kofi Opare who is available off the bench along with Leonardo. DeLaGarza at center back gives Tommy Meyer a security blanket as DeLaGarza's speed can make up for any young mistakes Meyer may make. Dan Gargan stays at the right back position DeLaGarza found himself playing in the absence of Sean Franklin to begin the season.
