LA Galaxy II have announced their 2014 regular season schedule, which begins with a March matchup against the Los Angeles Blues (which rumor has are changing their name to Orange County Blues in response to LA Galaxy II's arrival). The new USL PRO side enters the league at a time when things are restructuring toward an unbalanced and more regional schedule.
The first two months of the schedule see LAGII hosting other California sides four times, as well as hosting the new OKC Energy side once. Their first road trip is to Phoenix and then Orange County. They will travel as far as Orlando to take on 2015 MLS side Orlando City, but later in the schedule.
The playoffs will feature the top eight finishers, with the championship set for the end of September.
