Some sea changes in the lineup as Landon Donovan returns. Bruce Arena has chosen to start him up top with Robbie Keane, and Gyasi Zardes moves back into the midfield at Robbie Rogers' spot. Rogers must have had a setback after the ICC, because he's absent from he 18 man roster. Whereas Hector Jimenez got plenty of minutes during Donovan's absence, and performed well, Sean Franklin moves into the midfield. Leonardo moves back onto the back line with DeLaGarza moving out to the right fullback spot.

Essentially, this means Leonardo is in for Robbie Rogers and then shuffling because of that. Leonardo fell out of favor after a red card earlier in the year, so it's interesting to see him take back the first backup center back position from Tommy Meyer. Although, with Meyer not in the 18, there could be more to that story too.

LA Galaxy Bench: Penedo, Mastroeni, Jimenez, Stephens, Opare, McBean, Villareal

FC Dallas Starting XI: Seitz, Acosta, John, Hedges, Loyd, Jacobson, Erick, Jackson, Castillo, Ferreira(C), Perez

Raul Fernandez has been called up by Peru and is unavailable for this match. First career start tonight for FC Dallas Homegrown Kellyn Acosta. The defender is supposed to be one of those young players to watch. Dallas likely in a 4-2-3-1 type formation, with Blas at the top.
