  • The match reports are in for the LA Galaxy's defeat of FC Dallas. From the LA Times perspective, the Galaxy surged ahead in the second half to beat FC Dallas. From the Dallas perspective, the winless skid has now six six matches. Creates a picture of a struggling side in Dallas, which started out strong, succumbing to a superior force by the end.
  • Forbes came out yesterday with an article explaining how New York City FC ties into MLS' attempts to get a big league TV contract in the next negotiation period. The NBC deal is worth just $10 million which doesn't split that well amongst nineteen clubs. Ratings will have to keep improving, but showing well in LA and New York will also play a big role in the next contract. Top Drawer Soccer also took a look at the TV contract situation.
  • Here are Adam Serrano's three points from the Galaxy win. A.J. DeLaGarza stepped out of Omar Gonzalez' shadow a bit last night, as his speed played a big role in shutting down the Dallas attack.
