The question isn't going away. After the LA Galaxy were essentially handed a repeat MLS crown in the offseason, the question continues to circulate in the national media. What's gone wrong? Is it just the loss of Omar Gonzalez? Is it something deeper? Jeffery Carlisle tackled the question head on:

Everything seemed to be lining up perfectly for the Galaxy this season, but little has gone according to plan as the side has already tasted defeat three times at home in all competitions. What's gone wrong?

Of course, on the flip side of thing, Sporting Kansas City are enjoying a start unseen in Major League Soccer outside of the LA Galaxy. When the Galaxy travel to Kansas City, they'll not only be trying to right the ship of their season; but they'll try and keep SKC from reaching a 5-0 plateau only the LA Galaxy have managed to reach (1996,1998). Still, Sporting is not overwhelmed by their own success:

It would be easy for the Sporting Kansas City defense to give itself a hearty pat on the back after posting three shutouts in the season’s first four games.
