SiriusXM FC

It's been a common complaint amongst soccer fans in the US, that outside of the live events it's hard to find soccer specific programming. Owners of SiriusXM radio accounts have a little more soccer in their universe today as the satellite radio provider has launched SiriusXM FC a 24 hour soccer network that can be found on channel 94 or channel 960 online.

The channel will feature a weekday afternoon show (5:00pm Eastern, 2:00pm Pacific) with John Harkes and Tony Meola called Counter Attack offering a recap of the news of the day. LA Galaxy coach Bruce Arena was a guest on their first show.

"The demand for worldwide quality soccer coverage continues to grow and we're very excited to now provide soccer fans with an entire channel dedicated to their sport," said Steve Cohen, SiriusXM’s SVP of Sports Programming.

For the morning commute, John Harkes is also hosting a morning show called The Football Show starting at 7:00am Eastern. He'll be joined by Ray Hudson, Charlie Stillitano and Neil Barnett. These shows will be the perfect bookend to live match coverage of MLS playoff matches, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and FA Cup.

Men in Blazers will have a daily show, and MLS' Extra Time Radio is supposed to be carried on Monday and Thursday nights. The full schedule can be found here.
