Beckham will not play against Crew | The Columbus Dispatch

English star David Beckham has returned to Los Angeles and will not play for the Galaxy on Saturday against the Crew in Crew Stadium. A Galaxy spokesman said the decision was made by coach Bruce Arena. "He hasn’t played three games in a week the whole year," Arena said.  [And the absence of David Beckham]
