Looking At Real Madrid's Traveling Roster

The traveling roster for Real Madrid was announced last Friday, but in the interest of staying on topic LAG Confidential hasn't spoken too much about Saturday's friendly until now. However, the next three days are sure to be filled with all you could have ever wanted to know about Real. I thought I'd kick things off by looking at the roster, see who's here, who's not, and what it all means.

The World Football Challenge kicked off last night, when Manchester United rolled over the New England Revolution 4-1. This Saturday's match between the Galaxy and Real Madrid will be their first match in the competition, which has the Galaxy teaming up with the Vancouver Whitecaps to represent the MLS west. Last year, when the Galaxy faced off against Real Madrid at the Rose Bowl, the Galaxy lead 2-0 at half time behind goals by Todd Dunivant and Landon Donovan. Real Madrid made a large number of changes at half time and came back to win 3-2.
