MLS Releases Preseason Schedule for LA Galaxy

MLS announced today the preseason schedule, setting the date when pre-season camps can begin, when rosters have to be set, and the dates for the pre-season tournaments. Training camps may officially begin January 15, 2012. We know Landon Donovan is going on loan to Everton, and Michael Stephens will be at the U-23 camp. It's possible more Galaxy players could be called into the January camp for the senior US National Team to be held at the Home Depot Center.

All clubs must meet roster and salary budget requirements by March 1st. The Galaxy will be playing in the preseason FC Tucson Desert Cup from Feb 22 to March 3rd. Which all means the time between now and January 15 should be quite interesting as Bruce Arena waits to hear back from agents and moves forward with the club.
