The LA Galaxy are on the verge of rebounding nicely after a disastrous four game losing skid, having captured consecutive road victories with David Bingham in particular playing lights out. Should Guillermo Barros Schelotto’s group take all three points Sunday on Pride Night (7:30 PT, Spectrum SportsNet), the group can sustain a winning streak heading into the Gold Cup break.
What to watch
There were some in the fanbase quick to label LA’s matchup vs. Colorado as an oppurtunity to run up the score, and well...
Not so fast. This isn’t Brad Friedel’s New England Revolution. With a win and two draws, Interim manager Mike Lapper has steered the Revs back to respectability.
The Bruce is Back. Legendary manager and GM Bruce Arena will be on the sidelines tomorrow, but the three-time MLS Cup winner with the Galaxy will be leading the visiting team. While his stamp on the match has yet to be seen, his presence will undoubtedly give the Revs a boost.
