Well it's here. The CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal has kicked off. Despite Meyer playing with the starting XI all preseason, the more experiences Boyens starts at center mid with DeLaGarza. Otherwise, this is the same lineup that won the MLS Cup, with the addition of 2010 Galaxy Golden Boot winner Edson Buddle.
The Galaxy are wearing their practice tops with blue shorts, saving the unveiling of the sash kit for Saturday. The Rogers Center is full, and it's loud. This is going to be a fun one.
