The updated MLS injury report came out today, and Landon Donovan is listed on there as questionable with a left knee bone bruise. Whether he'll be ready for Sunday against San Jose is unknown, as no official timetable has been set. However, in a radio interview yesterday, Arena said Donovan would be back for either San Jose or Seattle.
The rest of the injury report remains the same, with A.J DeLaGarza, Leonardo, and Kyle Nakazawa all listed as out. DeLaGarza and his left knee sprain is the only one expected to transition back onto the first team roster come playoff time.
Robbie Keane went more than seventy minutes for Ireland today, so his injuries concerns should be considered null and void. Wilhelmsson played on Friday but not today, but he should be considered recovered from his knock as well. Both players as well as Dan Keat and Jose Villarreal are scheduled to join the team tomorrow or Thursday to train ahead of the Sunday match in San Jose.
